Born and raised in Mexico City, Roberto will cook some of the most indigenous dishes of the city. From the neighborhoods of Polanco to the zocalo, Roberto will excite your palate. The dinner will also feature spirits and wines of Mexico.

Consomé de res a la Oaxaqueña
Oaxacan smokey Beef broth with epazote duxelles profiteroles
Trozos de Arroz crujiente con Atun, serrano y Caviar
Crispy Rice, diced tuna, caviar and serrano
Langosta con Esquites
Guajillo roasted Lobster tail, street corn
Filete con hongos y Foie Gras
Seared beef tenderloin, wild mushrooms , creme fraiche , foie gras
Salado Cajeta Pot au Creme
Salted Goats Milk caramel pudding.

70% of proceeds of this event go to USN's need-based scholarship endowment.
